Emcees George Kiriyama and Jana Katsuyama's judging announcement was a surprise to many, especially Arisa Hiroi. The 19-year-old became the 2010 Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival queen on April 10 at the Sundance Kabuki Theater in San Francisco. Ashley Nakatani was selected as First Princess and Corey Fujioka was awarded Ms. Tomodachi by her peers. Details to follow.
